As a community college, College of the Canyons has limited accommodation available for its students. Currently, the majority of students live off campus and commute. However, some housing options are available in special circumstances. For example, the college offers accommodation to people with disabilities to help with assisted living and study.
Across its two campus sites, the College of the Canyons has a wide range of facilities for different fields of study. In 2021, the college opened a specialist science and laboratory facility, the Don Takeda Science Center. Here students can use labs for biology, chemistry labs and physics.
