This Applied Art course focuses on the high quality craft skills needed to be a professional maker.The BA(Hons) Applied Art programmes enable students to understand the importance of high quality making, of originality and how to generate personal responses to materials and processes.We encourage creativity, innovation and entrepreneurial skills to produce graduates who can combine their conceptual and technical skills in Applied Art with the professional skills needed to be a successful maker.Designers who can respond creatively to applied art and design problems remain in high demand.
