Campus Life

There are four halls of residence on-campus, all located on the North Campus. These are Rye Hall, Village, River and the Courtyard Apartment Complex.

All apartments are open-plan, including both shared rooms and single rooms with en-suites.

With a new library at the heart of its campus, Maynooth University offers excellent facilities amongst the rural landscape.

A broad range of lecture theatres, labs, cafes, restaurants and a university bookshop make Maynooth a great place to study, learn and develop.


Student life

The university has over 100 clubs and societies, many of which are extremely popular with students.

These include rugby, Gaelic football, judo, Aussie Riles, badminton, swimming, kickboxing, tennis, archery, surfing, golf, skiing, hockey and rowing.
