LLM Energy and Climate Change Law
On this LLM, you’ll approach areas such as commercial law, dispute resolution, environmental law and regulation, all through a comparative and international lens.
This course will prepare you to work as either a regulator or a lawyer in private practice or the public sector. You’ll also benefit from the research, consultancy work and events arranged by the Energy and Climate Change Law Institute at Queen Mary.
Through our links with firms and business we offer you the opportunity to undertake internships with law firms, such as the Energy Charter Secretariat and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
You’ll be offered a varied selection of taught modules from which you can choose, enabling you to gear your qualification to set you on your desired career trajectory.
You will also have voluntary access to an excellent series of lectures in Critical Thinking and Writing in Law to help you to improve your writing and research in law skills.
