International Foundation Programme Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics

• Meet the academic and English language entry qualifications required for our undergraduate degrees.
• Learn from lecturers and tutors who are highly experienced at teaching international students at all study levels.
• Focus on developing your academic and practical skills, while continuing to develop your English language.

Aimed at international and non-EU students, this foundation course prepares you to progress onto your chosen STEM undergraduate degree. Concentrate on improving your English language, alongside an introduction to technical computing and fundamental engineering principles, as well as strengthening mathematics. You will work in recently-refurbished facilities with opportunities for galleries, collaborative spaces and social learning.

If necessary for you, from September to December, there is a single module running from Monday to Friday, for 21 hours per week. The module focuses on improving your English skills to the minimum required for January entry. Language classes are limited to a maximum of sixteen students.
