In September 2021, Alexander opened its new campus in Burnaby. Here, students have access to state-of-the-art classrooms, laboratories and communal student spaces. The new campus also has a comfortable library where students will find all the necessary books, databases and IT facilities to complete courses. An affordable bookshop is also on-campus to help students find appropriate learning materials.

City Life

The two Alexander College campuses are located in Vancouver. However, the new Burnaby campus is just outside the city centre. In Burnaby, there is plenty to do and see. The college is nearby the third largest mall in Canada, the Metropolis at Metrotown. Also, the SilverCity Metropolis screens the newest movies and runs movie nights for students.

But students can explore more of Vancouver if they wish. Stanley Park, Grouse Mountain and the Capilano Suspension Bridge are all accessible from the Alexander campus in Burnaby. There are also plenty of hiking, cycling and walking routes in and around Vancouver for outdoor exploration.
