Highlights

Fulton-Montogomery provides accessible and equitable learning opportunities that empower our diverse student body. Since opening in 1963, the college has grown from serving the local community to an intake of 850 students. In addition, around 150 international students from 15 different countries attend Fulton-Montgomery.
Students have three accommodation choices on-campus at Fulton-Montgomery. Fulton Hall, Montgomery Hall, and Raiders Hall all offer housing options close to the university. In addition, students can find campus-based meal plans if required. Each residency has basic facilities, including a bed, study area, WIFI, and some communal, social areas.
For sports lovers, the campus has a Fitness centre, gym, and resources for soccer, volleyball, baseball, basketball and softball.
The 195-acre campus also has state-of-the-art video, audio, and editing resources and the Evans Library. Specialist equipment for manufacturing, healthcare, and electrical technology is also available.
Despite Fulton-Montgomery's small intake, students will find quality and inclusive learning environments. The teaching staff can provide 1-1 service and the SUNY system advantage offers an opportunity for transfer and specialist support.
On campus, students can also join a lively student community. There are over 30 extracurricular clubs to join, while the Student Senate Organisation arranges regular social events. Furthermore, the college has several active sports clubs that compete in the National Junior College Athletic Association. Current sports teams include soccer, baseball, softball, bowling, golf, and athletics.
The Fulton-Montgomery Community College campus is near Johnstown, in the beautiful Adirondack Mountains. In Johnstown, students will find locally run shops, restaurants, and bars. In addition, the city has a movie theatre and historic and cultural sites to see, including the Amsterdam Riverfront and Old Fort Johnson. The town is small but welcoming to students.
Johnstown is about an hour west of Albany, New York. Here students can find more of a big city atmosphere. But they can also take in some of the state's natural beauty via boat tours, surfing and hiking routes.
