Long Island University Brooklyn is a private university in Brooklyn, New York. It is the first of two main campuses of the private Long Island University system. The University is ranked number one for health professional majors. Students can enjoy furnished studio or one-bedroom apartments with a full kitchen, bathroom, and living area. St. George Residence offers furnished one and two-bedroom apartments with a shared living room and kitchenette.
Students have access to athletic facilities via outdoor soccer fields, basketball courts, and tennis courts. The Steinberg Wellness Center features a gymnasium, fitness center, swimming pool, and more.
The LIU Brooklyn Library is an impressive six-story facility with over 800,000 books, journals, and other learning materials.
The campus experience fair enables students to peruse the variety of student clubs on campus and make connections. Students join together across around 200 student clubs that reflect various interests. Students can access multiple campus activities and events from Spring Book Club to Move It Monday.
