NorthTec is a post-secondary higher education provider in Northland, New Zealand. The provider has several campuses across Northland in Auckland, Whangarei, Kaikohe, Kaitaia, Kerikeri, and Dargaville.

Since opening in 1978, the institution has grown to offer courses at foundation, certificate, diploma and degree levels. Students can now access around 100 courses in subjects like Business, Computing and IT, Nursing, Teaching, Engineering and more.

NorthTec’s Auckland International campus became the first centre in New Zealand to be approved by Immigration New Zealand for the Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic)

NorthTec has no on-campus accommodation. But the institution can help students arrange homestay housing and shared accommodation with fellow students. Also, short-term housing options are on offer.

The Whangārei campus also has short-stay accommodation options for students travelling into the city for lessons.
