Simmons University

Amenities are a big part of enriching the student experience. The two main libraries on campus provide 20 study rooms and tons of reading materials in an aesthetic environment. Academic resources at the University include the Writing Center, Math and Stats Lab, and the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning. The institution also utilizes technological advancement by providing access to computer labs, wireless internet, and other learning platforms. The Holmes Sports Center, Counseling Center, and Health Center are all University buildings looking out for student well-being, mentally and physically.

Over 70 student clubs are registered with the Student Union, ranging from a model UN society to the Sirens (acapella group) and beyond. The campus also has several traditions, from the 100-year-old May Day celebration to Shark Week laser tag. Staying active is easy at Simmons, with yoga classes and free Peloton bikes encouraged for student use. Students can also utilize nutrition counseling and accessibility services on campus to promote a positive and supportive environment. The University is located in the Fenway neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. Boston is a multicultural city with tons of free museums within walking distance of the campus and Fenway Park nearby: home to the Boston Red Sox.
