St Clair has three on-campus residences that students can apply for. Quittenton Hall can house over 400 students, while the smaller accommodation at the Chatham campus has a smaller intake. International student housing is at the GEM Residence in Windsor. At GEM, international students have long-term, on-campus accommodation to help integrate into the community.
