Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Level 7)
BEngTech students undergo a practice-based skills formation process, and the programme teaches students to understand and apply engineering science knowledge. Students will also develop the capability to analyse and implement solutions to real-life, practical situations.
BEngTech graduates meet an industry need for people who can actively apply engineering knowledge in industry, and integrate that knowledge into high level practical situations. Students achieving this qualification may also move into a higher level of study. Students can choose to major in Civil or Mechanical engineering.
The Learning Outcomes of this programme are benchmarked against the Graduate Profile and Graduate Attributes of the exemplar Sydney Accord provisions of the International Engineering Alliance (IEA).
