UK visa application centres in India to reopen from July 6th, 2020

The UK Visa and Immigration Services will begin a phased resumption of services with a number of Visa Centres across India opening:

  • Ahmedabad
  • Bengaluru
  • Chandigarh
  • Chennai
  • Cochin
  • Hyderabad
  • Jalandhar
  • Kolkata
  • Mumbai
  • New Delhi
  • Pune

Applicants who were not able to attend an earlier appointment will be able to book a new date. For all those who had completed their application on GOV. UK, but didn’t previously book an appointment at the Visa Application Centre, can do so now.

The rest of the Visa Application Centres and Enrolment locations in India will remain closed.

Keeping all the safety measures in mind, the Centres are requesting visitors to observe social distancing, undergo temperature checks, and wear facemasks.

Applicants are suggested to visit the centres only after booking an appointment.

Once a decision is made on the application, an applicant must collect the passport from the Visa Application Centre.
