Wolfville

Acadia is just a one-hour drive from Halifax, Nova Scotia. The closest town to the campus is Wolfville, which overlooks the Annapolis Valley and the Bay of Fundy. Wolfville is a small university town and students comprise around 50% of the entire town's population. As a result, many current and former students find work, volunteering opportunities and leisure activities in Wolfville.

Between studies, students will also find plenty of things to do in Wolfville. The town has over 20 restaurants, bars and cafes. There are also five local farm markets which provide produce from nearby farms. Students can also integrate into the community by visiting one of the many festivals each year. The Deep Roots Music Festival and Devour: The Food Film Fest are just some of the festivals in Wolfville.
