Institut Culinaire de France comprises three modular pastry laboratories, two bakery laboratories, and six classrooms with a maximum class size of 12-16 students.

Campuses
Institut Culinaire de France is located on the Bassins à Flot campus in Bordeaux and benefits from the lively energy of a thriving neighbourhood.
The institute is spread across about 4000 m² areas with high-end facilities in Bordeaux.
There are six HQE-certified training kitchens, including a pastry, bakery, chocolate, confectionery, ice cream laboratory and other high-class laboratories.
The students also get the work experience of a practical bakery and pastry shop, which is open every day. This proves to be an exceptional and bolstering opportunity for the students.
