Invercargill

Different cultures exist across SIT’s Invercargill, Christchurch, Queenstown, Gore and Auckland campuses. Southerners are also known for being friendly and welcoming and students get many opportunities to meet local people and experience New Zealand culture.

At the Invercargill and Queenstown campuses, students are near Fiordland National Park, which was New Zealand's first UNESCO world heritage area. It is also the sixth largest national park in the world and is just a few hours’ drive away. When living in New Zealand. Students will also find plenty of shopping, art and culture events and outdoor activities in most places across Southland.
