At the same time, you should develop your analytical, ICT, communication and problem solving abilities. We work closely with industry professionals and employers to ensure that our course and qualifications offer current, dynamic and relevant skills to help equip you with the best opportunities for success.We enjoy close links with many professional finance bodies, such as the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), CFA Society of the UK (CFA UK) and Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI). Guest speakers often deliver sessions in commercial awareness, employability and working in the business sector. Staff teaching on this degree have written some of the standard textbooks used, as well as published in relevant academic journals, such as the Journal of Financial Service Professionals, Journal of Financial Planning, Journal of Investing, and the Journal of Index Investing.
