DPsych Sport and Exercise Psychology
Course Overview
This DPsych in Sport and Exercise Psychology is the only program of its kind in Scotland, designed to train practitioners to enhance athletic performance and wellbeing while also promoting exercise participation in the general population. The course provides a strong foundation in applied therapeutic skills and interdisciplinary research, leading to eligibility for registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Graduates are equipped for careers supporting elite athletes in Olympic and professional sports as well as community health initiatives.
