Students then apply these skills and are introduced to topics related to exercise such as the physiology of the body, nutrition, injury prevention, and health enhancement. The program serves all students, regardless of age, fitness level, or previous experience. Activity classes are designed not only to provide for physiological and skills development but also to educate students about the principles involved in this diverse and useful area of study.
