Diploma of Community Services (International)

There is currently high demand for skilled and qualified community service leaders throughout Victoria and Australia. If you’re seeking a career supporting those around you, the Diploma of Community Services is a great place to start. Community service leaders provide a range of support services relating to human rights, social diversity, family violence, child, family and youth issues, and child protection.

The skills you’ll learn in this program lead to work in a range of social, community and welfare service organisations, performing case work, providing client services, and supporting youth and families in roles such as Welfare support worker, Community service case worker and Community service case manager. You may also find work in community education or development projects.
