The Master of Science (MS) in Health Care Administration at Monroe College prepares students for leadership roles in the healthcare sector. The program covers 42 credits, with 36 credits from required core courses and 6 credits from electives. Core courses include topics such as health care law and regulations, health care economics, research methods, information systems, marketing and strategic planning, and continuous quality improvement. A capstone experience is also part of the curriculum.

In addition to the core courses, students engage in courses focused on health care policy, organizational behavior, and global health.
