Currently, Nelson Marlborough has on-campus accommodation available at the Nikau Apartments (Nelson campus). The apartments have 42 apartments in three blocks. Also, shared living areas, kitchens and en-suite bathrooms are available and each apartment has fast wifi.
Alternatively, students can find flatmates to share with through the university. Homestays are also an option, where students stay in a rented room with a host family in Nelson.

The Main Nelson campus is just minutes from the centre of Nelson city. This close location gives students quick and easy access to the city’s lively cafés, bars and shopping areas. Nelson also has a host of cultural and art sights for students to enjoy.
Also, there are several walking and biking tracks to explore in the nearby nature parks. The main campus is also well connected through cycle routes and accessible bus services so students can travel around the city with ease.
