MRes Criminal Justice
The MRes is ideal if you are planning to undertake doctoral-level study in the area of criminal justice. However it also caters for those seeking to expand and apply their knowledge of this area of study, and is an ideal preparation for those wishing to pursue more advanced research.
You will undertake core modules in research design and qualitative and quantitative methods, jointly with social science students from a range of disciplines across Queen Mary, King’s College London and Imperial College. This training is offered by the ESRC-funded London Interdisciplinary Social Science Doctoral Training Partnership.
You will also have voluntary access to an excellent series of lectures in Critical Thinking and Writing in Law to help you improve your writing and research in law skills.
