BComm International Commerce (International) with Irish
This course combines the study of Irish language, literature and culture with the study of business at UCC.
Students who are considering pursuing a career in teaching should note that this course involves study of a number of teaching subjects.
It also offers the opportunity to study abroad for a year and benefit from courses on offer in another third-level institution. Alternatively you may go on work placement for 24 weeks to gain experience in an Irish company.
Placement or Study Abroad Information
Year 3 of the course is spent on work placement in a company in Ireland or studying in Scotland at the University of Edinburgh or the University of Aberdeen, under the Erasmus scheme.
