BSc (Hons) Economics and Geography
Teaching takes place at the Parkgate Road Campus.During this course, you will learn the core subjects of an Economics degree, including micro- and macroeconomics, with examples and applications for day-to-day life, giving attention to the historical, social, political and international contexts that influence the development of modern Economics.Geographers at Chester are as likely to be analysing earth surface materials or studying cultural interpretations of landscape, as to be using Geographical Information Systems (GIS) to plan a market research campaign or map the carbon footprint of a rural community. All this ensures you will develop the skills needed by a wide range of employers.
