Graduate Certificate Operations Excellence
The Graduate Certificate in Operations Excellence is designed to give students in-depth expertise in the functional areas of a business related to operations planning and execution. This includes issues such as supply chain management, supplier sourcing, staff scheduling, inventory reduction, quality initiatives, cost control and project management.
