BSc (Hons) Strength and Conditioning in Sport
This specialist degree is informed by current research and innovation within the sector. It focuses on developing knowledge, understanding and practical skills in applied strength and conditioning, physiology, biomechanics and nutrition. Throughout the degree, students have access to specialist equipment in the University’s Human Performance Centre, which contains a fully-equipped strength and conditioning training facility, laboratories and an endless pool, as well as our Sports and Recreation Centre, which includes a fitness suite. These facilities provide students with an opportunity to engage in applied work and increase their practical experience.
