Terms and Conditions
1. General
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the Lucky Draw Contest - User Survey (the "Contest"). By participating in the Contest, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in the Contest, you must:
Be a student at an accredited educational institution.
Be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of your parent or guardian.
Reside in one of the following countries: India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Nepal, a country in the MENA region, China, the UK, or a country in Africa.

3. How to Enter
To enter the Contest, you must:
Complete the Contest survey by November 27th.
Provide your name, email address, and country of residence.
4. Prize
The winner of the Contest will receive a prize of USD50 in Amazon Gift Voucher
5. Selection of Winner
The winner of the Contest will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified by email on November 28th.
6. Use of Personal Information
By participating in the Contest, you agree to allow the Contest organizer to collect and use your personal information to administer the Contest and to contact you about the Contest. The Contest organizer will not share your personal information with any third parties without your consent.
The Contest organizer will comply with the applicable data protection laws of the countries where you reside. These laws include:
India: The Personal Data Protection Bill, 2019
Bangladesh: The Personal Data Protection Act, 2012
Sri Lanka: The Data Protection Act, No. 41 of 2012
Pakistan: The Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016
Nepal: The Nepal Information Technology Act, 2004
MENA region: The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
China: The Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China
UK: The UK GDPR
Africa: The African Union Convention on Cyber Security and Data Protection
7. Limitation of Liability
The Contest organizer is not liable for any damages arising out of your participation in the Contest, including but not limited to any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
9. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Contest organizer with respect to the Contest and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11. Waiver
No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both you and the Contest organizer.
12. Counterparts
These Terms may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.

The winner will be announced on November 28th.
The contest will be closed by the end of November 28th.
