How do I reschedule my session? 

Here’s how to reschedule a video counselling session on the portal:

1) Head to your profile icon on the right side and select Meet from the list on the left.

2) You’ll see a list of the upcoming meetings. Select the Edit icon next to the meeting you’d like to reschedule.

3) You’ll get a pop-up to edit your session. Select Reschedule.

4) Select the date and time you’d like to schedule it to and select Book session.

5) You’ll receive a confirmatory message with the updated timings! Ta-da!

Here’s how to reschedule video counselling sessions on the app:

1) Head to the Meet tab. You’ll be taken to a page with upcoming sessions. Select the Edit button from the session you wish to reschedule.

2) Select the Reschedule button.

3) Update the session with the new date and timing. Select Continue.

4) You’ll get a confirmatory message with the updated timings. Ta-da!
