Baylor's Greek program is in the Classics Department. Students with a Greek major study texts taught in their original language, grammar and Greek culture. Coursework also includes the study of philosophy, religion and history as well as archaeology and art associated with the Greek language. Available courses include:
A Greek major is ideal for students wishing to pursue further studies in law or seminary. Many of our graduates pursue teaching careers or graduate studies.
