BSc (Hons) Radiotherapy with Foundation Year

This is the only course in Birmingham that covers oncology, radiotherapy technology and psychosocial issues surrounding cancer care. Our radiotherapy course will teach you to work with patients of all ages, to help relieve and/or cure the symptoms of their cancer.By studying a foundation year in Health Sciences, your first year will be spent learning a wide range of broad subject areas which then open up opportunities for you to specialise further in your next year – which would be the first year of a full degree programme. This unique course covers oncology, radiotherapy technology and psycho-social issues surrounding cancer care, to teach you to work with patients of all ages, to help relieve and/or cure the symptoms of their cancer.
