Technical Certificate Viticulture and Enology: Enology
Enology Technical certificate in the Viticulture and Enology program is a concentrated study in both the art and science involved in the winemaking process. The certificate provides a solid foundation of knowledge from grape to bottle. Students apply the skills in a hands-on setting through small-scale winemaking with individual projects and applied research projects for the industry.

All CMU/WCCC technical certificate graduates are expected to demonstrate proficiency in communication fluency, quantitative fluency, specialized knowledge/applied learning, and critical thinking. In addition to these campus‐wide student learning outcomes, graduates of this major will be able to:
