As the Dean of the College of Engineering and Computer Sciences (CECS) at Marshall University, I would like to welcome you to the college.
CECS is a comprehensive engineering and computer science college with 4 departments: Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, biomedical engineering, computer sciences and electrical engineering, and civil engineering. The faculty and staff of the college are dedicated to providing a world-class, hands-on, project-based education in all of our degree programs, both graduate and undergraduate. As the engineering college of the university, we are committed to making Marshall, Huntington, West Virginia, and the nation a better place to live and work, and to providing well educated graduates to contribute to both a national and international society.
