Foreign language licensure in French that allows you to teach grades pre-kindergarten through grade 12. Research shows there are benefits of second language learning that exceed a student’s own linguistic abilities. Second language learning provides cognitive benefits that help to support academic achievement and improve beliefs about other cultures. Miami offers five K-12 licensure programs: Chinese, French, German, Latin, and Spanish.
