Introduction:
This course has been developed to cater for the property industry's growing need for financially literate graduates with specialist investment and finance knowledge. There is an ever-growing relationship between property, investment and financial markets, making the field increasingly dynamic and ensuring that graduates within it are some of the highest paid.
Throughout the course you'll develop expert property industry knowledge and skills in areas that include investment and financial project management, financial risk management, negotiation, valuation, portfolio management, investment appraisal, business planning, financial regulations and sustainability of financial investment projects.
- The course is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), meaning it matches industry-specific needs and represents your first step towards becoming a Chartered Surveyor.
- Gain vital skills and experience by undertaking a one-year placement on our sandwich route. Previously students have spent their placements at companies such as AXA, Knight Frank and NG Chartered Surveyors.
