MA Welsh Writing in English
COURSE OVERVIEW:
The MA in Modern Welsh Writing in English is a uniquely compelling programme exploring the emergence of English language and literature within Wales.
Teaching is led by the Centre for Research into the English Literature and Language of Wales (CREW), and stimulating modules address the political, gendered and literary dimensions of literature in Wales.
You can select modules from other specialist MAs such as the MA in English Literature and the MA in Creative Writing, as well as literature modules from other MA programmes taught in the College of Arts and Humanities.
A 60-credit dissertation project in the second part of the course will concentrate on a topic of your choice.

You will develop impressive transferable skills around research, writing and speaking, as you build confidence in presenting your ideas in different ways.
Graduates from this course enter a range of creative industries including publishing, broadcasting, marketing and advertising. They also undertake research degrees and pursue a career in academia.
