You gain knowledge and an understanding of the global influences on business and marketing, together with the ability to analyze marketing management decisions in an international setting.
If you are a business graduate or a graduate from a related discipline and want to pursue a career in management or marketing, this is the course for you. It will also appeal if you are already working in a marketing environment and looking to develop a management or marketing career, but do not yet have significant experience.
The applied nature of the course is considered to be one of the highlights of the programme, enabling you to work on live projects. The work-based module in your second year provides access to an organisation to enable you to put into practice these skills and gain valuable experience of working within a UK-based e programme concludes with the dissertation, which provides the opportunity for you to carry out a major international business project. It provides a basis for students from business or other disciplines looking for management careers but who do not yet have significant management experience. It equips you with:

How you learn:
You learn through a variety of methods both in the classroom and also in workshops. The lectures/workshops are designed to enable you to apply the theoretical approaches you have learned into live and practical situations relevant to industry's needs today.
Modules are taught via lectures, seminars, practical workshops, group work and practise in the Marketing Clinic. Teaching staff adopt a range of web-based technologies to deliver module content and provide feedback.
