BA (Hons) History (Foundation Entry)

Foundation Entry degree courses are ideal if you’ve got the ability to study for a degree, but don’t have the necessary formal qualifications to directly join an honours programme. It’s a great stepping stone to a full degree.

You’ll approach history from many different directions. The themes covered in our teaching include: cultural history, economic and social history, gender history, international history, and political history.

You’ll learn to analyse evidence, formulate questions and put forward your own arguments and interpretations, as you become a historian yourself.
