In your first year you will gain an understanding of the global business environment and develop fundamental management skills in marketing, people and organisations, finance and entrepreneurship.

The HRM focus will be on the role of employee performance, leadership and change management. You will also get the chance to go out into a real company or organisation and put these skills into practice.

You will have the chance to undertake an optional year-long placement which really brings your course to life and will enhance your graduate employment prospects. Your final year is more tailored towards giving you the competitive edge you need to enter the area of business and HRM you want. You will carry out an original supervised research project into a subject you select and complete a module designed to maximise individual professional success.
