BA (Hons) Business Economics

The BA (Hons) Business Economics degree at Lincoln has been designed to provide a theoretical understanding of the economic decisions faced by business in market economies, with a focus on a practical application within national and international settings. This course aims to explore business, industrial, macroeconomic and international economic contexts from an economist’s analytic perspective. Students will have the opportunity to develop key skills in economics, finance and business. The course combines topics in business and economics with the opportunity to develop the skills and problem solving abilities that will be valuable in solving the multifaceted problems faced by today’s business managers. This course is aimed at students who wish to study an economics degree, have not followed an economics or mathematics A-Level and who are looking for a programme without a strong mathematics component.
