Students gain experience in assessing the needs of aging individuals and developing community-based programs that encourage active and healthy lifestyles. This concentration is ideal for students interested in wellness coaching, community outreach, fitness and rehabilitation services, or graduate study in public health, occupational therapy, or physical therapy with a focus on older populations.
