MA Screenwriting

MA Screenwriting addresses the increasing demand for digital content required by the creative industries. You are trained in various aspects of writing for ‘screens’ – including the big screen (films) and small screen (phone-specific). The South West is substantially growing as a destination for screenwriters and filmmakers, and you are supported to work at a professional industry standard, covering variable aspects in producing ‘scripts’, including storyboarding and collaborative writing.

The University’s new Digital Labs will offer you excellent opportunities to work with VR, immersive cinema, and specialist filming and editing software, giving you a base for destination jobs in the industry after graduation.
