With a background in Gerontology, you can pursue a career path in a rapidly expanding field that can be incorporated into a variety of rewarding professions, including but certainly not limited to counseling, finance, speech/hearing, nursing, fitness and law.

The concentration requirements for this program emphasize the study of the family. This interdisciplinary program is unique in that students take several service-learning courses and complete a part-time internship enabling them to work with older adults in a variety of community settings.
