BS Business - Leadership and Human Resources Management

Leaders and human resource managers foster positive interpersonal relationships and organizational cultures. Saint Louis University's leadership and human resource management major at the Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business helps students develop the skills to effectively select, develop, reward and lead others. Students may also choose to pursue a minor in human resource management in addition to their chosen major.
