Get a start in hairdressing with the UCOL | Te Pūkenga New Zealand Certificate in Hairdressing (Salon Support). You'll learn essential skills such as reception duties, shampooing, applying treatments or colours, and styling. You'll also be introduced to cutting.

You'll gain real-world experience in our campus salons, where you'll cultivate your own clientelle, perform hairdressing treatments with the support of your lecturer, and build confidence in your skills. We have a strong culture of team work and we like to have fun.
