The University of La Verne is a private university, around 35 miles from Los Angeles. At eight regional campuses in California, La Verne provides undergraduate and postgraduate courses and professional degrees.

The University of La Verne is located in the foothills of the San Gabriel MountainsSouthern California. As a result, students can find plenty of outdoor activities and hikes around the local areas.

But if you prefer the business of urban life, then L.A., San Diego, and Santa Barbara are all reachable from the Metrolink train line. Alternatively, you can drive to these cities in between studies.
