Edvoy’s student fairs are a global platform for students to connect with leading universities, explore study-abroad opportunities, and make informed decisions about their future. From in-person events in India, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia, and our global virtual fair, we’ve brought students closer to their dream universities, no matter where they are. Here, we reflect on the success of these events, how they impacted students, and the value they brought to participants and our partner universities.
A global approach to student fairs
The Edvoy Beyond Global Education Fair 2025 in Chennai, held on February 1st, was a standout, with over 1000 attendees, and 100+ applications submitted to date. Over 50 universities from the UK, USA, Canada, and Europe participated in the event.
Our counsellors and the university representatives provided useful insights to the students on scholarships, fee details, courses available, post-study work options, part-time jobs, and more. A memorable moment was when a student received a conditional offer from the University of Roehampton.
The International Universities Fair 2025 in Riyadh, on January 31st, attracted 180+ attendees, with 50+ applications submitted to date. Students connected with 15+ universities from the UK, USA, Germany, Australia, and New Zealand, and received expert advice on visas, scholarships, and application tips.
The Cairo event, on February 6th, saw 100+ attendees and 20+ applications submitted to date. Students met with 10+ university representatives from top institutions in the UK, US, Germany, Australia, and New Zealand, and received personalised counselling on UG, PG, and PhD programs, scholarships, and visa processes.
We’re still supporting many students in collaboration with these universities, ensuring they have the right resources for their academics.
Our virtual fair on March 1st reached an even wider audience, with 936 attendees and 60 applications submitted to date. With 56 participating universities, students accessed expert consultations from top institutions worldwide.
In addition to our student fairs, we also organised school tours in Cairo and Riyadh, helping students further engage with the university representatives and learn more about top universities. On February 5th, we visited several prestigious schools in Cairo to connect with students directly. The tour included visits to Global Paradigm International School, NIS Shorouk Campus, and Manchester International School.
Similarly, in Riyadh, the school tour on January 29th involved visits to many well-known schools like Manarat Al Riyadh, King Faisal School, Delta School, Altarbyah Al Namothjiah School, Dar Al Baraa Schools, Sabis, and Almutaqadnah Schools.
These visits provided an excellent opportunity for students to learn more about studying abroad, ask questions, and receive guidance on university applications, scholarships, and visa processes.
Student engagement and networking
Our events saw high levels of engagement and provided excellent networking opportunities. Whether in-person or virtual, each event offered students direct access to university representatives, allowing them to ask questions, receive expert advice, and explore various academic programs.
Moreover, students also received personalised guidance on scholarships, visas, and applications. In-person events like the Chennai Fair offered face-to-face consultations with university reps, while virtual fairs provided detailed advice via video and chat sessions.
Not just that. Whether attending in Cairo, Riyadh, Chennai, or virtually, every student received a high level of attention and assistance. These school tours and student fairs have been an integral part of our mission to connect students and their dream universities.
Highlighting student success and memorable moments

With over 10,000 registrations, hundreds of one-on-one consultations, and dozens of on-the-spot offers, these events connected students with their dream universities. This is just the beginning of what’s to come in 2025. The success of our Q1 student fairs has set a strong foundation, but we’re not stopping here.
We look forward to conducting more fairs globally and continuously supporting students in their dream of studying abroad in the upcoming years. Stay tuned.
