MMus Music by Research
Course Overview
This Master by Research (MMus) program offers a unique opportunity to undertake an advanced, practice-led research project in music, culminating in an original contribution to the field through composition or performance. Students are guided by a dedicated supervisory committee through a self-directed scheme of study, developing expertise as independent researchers. The final submission combines a written thesis with a substantial portfolio of original compositions or a full public recital.
