Laboratory
As a hotel management school, Culinary Arts Academy doesn’t have a laboratory. Instead, it houses the Apicius Culinary Training Centre, the Mane Food Development Lab, multiple application kitchens, fine dining, and buffet spaces.
Situated at the Le Bouveret campus, the Apicius Culinary Training Centre is a five-story building with state-of-the-art professional kitchens and spaces for exclusive events. You’ll learn how to cook in front of guests, present the menu, serve, and handle guest requests.
Campuses
This campus is located on the shores of the beautiful Lake Geneva and minutes away from the French border. The campus is in a magnificent former hotel dating back to the early 1900s, with a peaceful and safe study environment, yet offering the latest facilities.
You can spend a day in the surrounding areas, go hiking, paddle boarding and cycling, or enjoy a hike or mountain train ride. Also, you’ll have the luxury of traveling to neighbouring countries like France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, and so on.

Employability
At Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland, you’ll be enrolled on courses run in partnership with academic and industry partners, including top chefs and instructors who’ve worked in Michelin-starred restaurants. Culinary Arts Academy has collaborated with over 100 international companies to provide internship opportunities, through the International Recruitment Forum (IRF) launched by the Swiss Education Group. IRF is an exclusive career event that takes place twice a year. Here, you can connect with recruiters from various industries, including hotel groups, catering and events companies, retail, airlines and cruise lines across the globe.
