Sports
ESSCA’s Student Sports Council (BDS) comprises various sports clubs and teams for a lively environment. You’ll have 77 individual and team sports to choose from and participate in numerous events hosted by the BDS.
Laboratory
The Research Labs at ESSCA offers you a great opportunity to be part of ongoing research at the campus. The University’s Behavioral and Experimental Lab is a cutting-edge facility with Physiological measurement equipment and a mobile unit setup for real-world experiments.
The University's Data Lab specialises in Artificial Intelligence and provides equipment and expertise to help businesses. It is an exchange centre for researchers, scientists, and industry professionals.
Campuses
ESSCA's Angers campus is situated in the Belle-Beille district, in the middle of a quiet, green area, offering a peaceful environment for learning. It is connected to the city centre via four bus lines and two tram lines. You can also access the campus easily by train, as it lies along the Nantes-Lyon and Paris-Nantes TGV lines.
Angers is considered the greenest city in France, with a mix of tradition and modernity. It is known for its historical sites such as the Château d'Angers, which houses the famous Tapisserie de l'Apocalypse, and the Cathedral of Saint-Maurice. The city is also home to several gardens, parks, and riverside walks.
